Professor Juanito Camilleri (Go Mobile)
Chief Executive Officer

Prof. Juanito Camilleri is the CEO of MobIsle Communications Ltd (go mobile). He graduated with first-class honours with Distinction in Computer Science from the University of Kent at Canterbury after which he pursued doctoral research as a scholar of Trinity College, Cambridge. Since then he has worked as a research scientist at the Computer Laboratory of the University of Cambridge, and as an associate professor and founding head of the Department of Computer Science and AI at the University of Malta.

Past appointments include the executive directorship of the National Strategy for Information Technology, and board directorship of EneMalta Corporation, the Malta Development Corporation, Maltacom plc, go mobile, Terranet, and Datastream. He is currently the chairman of the Malta Council for Science and Technology and the Maltese representative on the Joint Research Council of the European Commission.

Prof. Camilleri owns Childcare Services Ltd. and is currently setting up another private venture Ta' Betta Wine Estates Ltd.
